Join the Council of Ambassadors

Camp Summit has a special group of individuals, our “Council of Ambassadors.” This group supports our cause through annual memberships and becoming advocates for Camp Summit. Participation does not involve meetings or phone calls but is simply a way to support the camp and share the program with others you know who may benefit from our services.

With the move in 2015, to our owned camp in Paradise, Texas, Camp Summit has continued to bring our unique camping program to those who often have so few opportunities to enjoy social and recreational programs in nature and the outdoors. Most importantly, we are able to expand our programs and our ability to better fulfill our mission – to provide barrier-free outdoor experiences that promote personal growth and foster independence for children and adults with disabilities.

Our campers show us every day that anything is possible if you have the courage to Dream Big. In less than 10 years, we have increased our total campers served by 75%, from 1,500 in 2010 to over 2,600 today.

Our "Forever Home" in Paradise, Texas, ensures our campers will always have a camp to call their own. But it’s more than just a camp...
